‣ Below are the terms and conditions as listed by the artist. Should any part be unclear, or a concern completely unlisted, the client may reach out directly to the artist through email ([email protected]), Twitter (nottam_n), Instagram (nottam.n), or Discord (.nottam).PAYMENT
‣ All payments shall be done through Paypal's invoicing system. The artist uses this as a way to monitor all payments and statuses easily. Ko-fi payments may also be negotiated. Region-locked forms of payments will not be accepted.
‣ A 50% downpayment will always be committed before the artist begins sketching. A full payment is also accepted.CLIENT AND ARTIST RIGHTS AND AGREEMENTS
‣ For personal use only. The pieces cannot be reproduced, sold, or claimed as the client's own.
‣ The client consents and respects the artists' condition that they are to never feed the image into any form of AI engine.
‣ Unless specified not to by the client, the artist may post the finished piece.
‣ No refunds or rush work. Refunds may only apply if the artist had not started sketching.
‣ Artist may decline commissions, or features on a piece being worked on.
‣ The turaround time (TAT) or time of completion is 1-2 weeks for most pieces. Client will immediately be notified in the case of delay.
‣ Finished piece (PNG) will be delivered through email.
‣ The client cannot ask for free remakes after the final piece has been given. I.E., They cannot ask for anything along the lines of "Your art had improved since I commissioned you, can you remake it without costs?"COMMERCIAL WORK
‣ Should the client wish to reproduce the piece commissioned, prices will automatically differ and be raised accordingly.
